Functional outdoor training with focus on strength, cardio, balance and fun!
NatureWorkout® is based on body weight exercises (calisthenics) where we train strength, balance and endurance. As a benefit, you get better body control, mobility and coordination. We also use nature as tools such as stones and trees and sometimes also each other as counterweights. The training is suitable for anyone who likes to be outside and no training session is the same. Running on narrow trails, through the forest with fresh air and beautiful nature around provides all you need to be able to free your mind and let go of everyday life. Exercising outside in nature not only contributes to your physical but also mental health.
Participants will quickly notice results – that you have better endurance and feel better! We start from our own conditions but become stronger together.
